WHY STUDENTS FAIL

In this post, my main objective is to  elaborate the factors that facilitates failure in the life of student.

Take a bottle of soft drink as you read.

There are factors that facilitates the failure of students. some students fail not because they are not intelligent or capable but due to some factors.

The factors that facilitates failure in the lives of students includes:-

• PRIDE.
• LACK OF MOTIVATION / CONCENTRATION.
• FRUSTRATION.
• LACK OF ORGANIZATION.
• PEER GROUP INFLUENCE.
• KIND OF LECTURER / INSTRUCTOR.
• ABSENTING ONESELF FROM CLASS.
• INABILITY TO ASK QUESTIONS.

PRIDE

Pride is one of the factors that facilitates failure in the life of a student. some students thinks that they know more then others and finds it difficult to engage in class interaction with course-mates. They are always fault finders and complainants. They argue any principle stated by the lecturer and tries to find fault.

LACK OF MOTIVATION / CONCENTRATION.

Lack of motivation is another factor that facilitates the failure of a students. Some students fail due to lack motivation. Some students believes that school is scam and due to that decided not to concentrate with his/her academics.

FRUSTRATION.

Frustration is one of the factors that make so e students to lose hope. Some students are frustrated in their semester results and because of that they decided not to be reading again. they believe that reading is just waste of time.

LACK OF ORGANIZATION.

Organization is the key heart to success. wise students organizes themselves by preparing daily time table so as to utilize their time very well. some students due to lack of organization will not be able to cover the syllabus of the semester.

PEER GROUP INFLUENCE.

It is stated that it is easy to admit negativity and rare to admit positivity. Show me your friend and i will tell you who you are. some students fail not because they are not intelligent but due to the kind of friends they keep. imagine when one have clubbing friends, what impact will he/she get.

KIND OF LECTURER / INSTRUCTOR.

Some lectures are not qualified to be in teaching sector but due to long leg, they were appointed to be. if you ask questions, they will tell you to digest it anyhow. While some lecturers will use school hours to achieve their selfish interest and will only show up when exam is around the corner. they will just touch one or two topics out of many and then allow the students to suffer.

ABSENTING ONESELF FROM CLASS.

Some students have inculcated in themselves the spirit of absenting themselves from class and always find excuses to give. Lessons given by qualified lecturer will go  a long way to saturate the mindset of the student about the subject matter.

 INABILITY TO ASK QUESTIONS.

It is stated that question is not  made to to kill but to increase ones knowledge. But some students feel shy and intimidated to ask question and finally end up going home ignorant of the fact/issue.
